procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place in an airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place.
  3. To use, rub on your favorite meat and let stand for at least an hour and up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. A shaker lid is recommended so that the seasoning will come out slowing and evenly.
