Broccoli and cauliflower salad

ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli, chopped
- ½ head Cauliflower, chopped
- ½ Red onion, diced
- ½ Cup (125 mL) Apple, red, diced
- ½ Cup (125 mL) Golden raisins, chopped
- ½ lb (225 g) Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz (225 g) Mozzarella, shredded
- 1½ Cups (375 mL) Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup (60 mL) White vinegar
procedure
- Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
